Sadık Nazik is a consultant and trainer with a background in computer engineering and more than 20 years of experience in project and product management. He began his career in software development and subsequently held various roles in team and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership, project management, and product management. Through these roles, he has developed extensive expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams, strategic planning, and project execution.

Throughout his professional career, he has worked closely with both domestic companies and international organizations, including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and BAE Systems.

While continuing his professional career, he completed graduate programs in Software Management at Middle East Technical University (METU) and an MBA at Bahçeşehir University. In 2016, an R&D project he managed received the Best Technology Development Project Award from the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB).

He has managed projects using a wide range of methodologies, including Agile, Iterative, Incremental, and Waterfall approaches. Between 2012 and 2016, he served on the Board of Directors of the Project Management Association, and from 2014 to 2016, he served as the association’s President.

Holding PMP (Project Management Professional) and PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certifications, Sadık Nazik provides training in project management, Agile project management, Scrum, risk management, project planning, Microsoft Project, and artificial intelligence. Through training and consulting engagements with public institutions, defense industry organizations, universities, and leading private-sector companies, he contributes to the development of project management capabilities and competencies.

He currently serves as General Manager and Trainer at CPM Group Project and Product Management.
