Sadık Nazik is a consultant and trainer with over 20 years of experience in project and product management, supported by a strong academic background in Computer Engineering. He began his career in software development before progressing into team leadership, Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership, project management, and product management roles. Throughout his professional journey, he has developed extensive expertise in leading cross-functional teams, strategic planning, and the successful delivery of complex projects. In addition to working with leading Turkish organizations, he has collaborated closely with internationally renowned companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and BAE Systems, gaining valuable experience in global project environments.

While continuing his professional career, he completed the Software Management Master’s Program at Middle East Technical University (METU) and earned an MBA from Bahçeşehir University. In 2016, the R&D project he managed received the Best Technology Development Project Award from the Presidency of Defence Industries of Türkiye (SSB). He has successfully managed projects using a wide range of methodologies, including Agile, Iterative, Incremental, and Waterfall. Between 2012 and 2016, he served on the Board of Directors of the Project Management Association of Türkiye, and from 2014 to 2016, he held the position of President of the association, contributing to the advancement of the project management profession in Türkiye.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM™), Sadık Nazik delivers training and consulting services in Project Management, Agile Project Management, Scrum, Risk Management, Project Planning, Microsoft Project, and Artificial Intelligence. He has worked extensively with public institutions, defense industry organizations, universities, and leading private-sector companies to strengthen project management capabilities and organizational performance. His professional references include Turkcell, Yapı Kredi Bank, Mercedes-Benz, Stellantis, TRT, Türksat, Turkish Airlines, Türk Telekom, Henkel Türkiye, Metro Türkiye, QNB Sigorta, SOCAR, Mavi, DP World, CW Enerji, Roketsan, and Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI). He currently serves as General Manager and Senior Trainer at CPM Group Project & Product Management.
