Leman Orman is a professional with over 16 years of experience in lean transformation and operational excellence across the automotive, oil & gas, mining, chemical, and machinery industries. She has extensive expertise in process improvement, productivity enhancement, business process management, and working with cross-cultural teams. Throughout her career, she has contributed to building sustainable continuous improvement cultures within leading companies in her sector, gaining both domestic and international experience.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Uludağ Üniversitesi and later completed a Master’s degree in Management and Organization. She also completed the
Sustainability Certificate Program at Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi, further strengthening her academic background in sustainability. With her expertise in Lean manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and operational excellence, she focuses on improving organizational performance and delivering measurable productivity gains.
