He has played an active role in engineering design, production development, and technical problem- solving processes across various sectors, including defense, automotive, and production technologies, aiming to combine hands-on experience with theoretical knowledge to make complex concepts clear and applicable.

As the founder of RENMEKA Engineering, he continues his work in engineering, design, production development, and technical training. In his programs, he shares expertise in lean manufacturing, mechanical design principles, technical problem-solving, and Industry 4.0 applications, focusing not only on imparting new knowledge but also on helping participants develop strategic thinking, analytical skills, and practical capabilities applicable to real-world business processes.
