Pelin Coşkunlar, after earning a bachelor’s degree in economics, gained practical experience in accounting and sales, developing a strong understanding of financial processes, operational
discipline, and customer relationship management. Her working approach emphasizes data-driven thinking, analytical evaluation, and results-oriented execution.

She strengthened her academic foundation in organizational structures, decision-making processes, and leadership approaches through a Master’s degree in Management and Organization. She is currently pursuing a thesis-based Master’s program in Climate Change and Sustainability at Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi, focusing on climate policies, sustainability management, and environmental impact analysis within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations.
